Shipping & Returns
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order you'll receive an email with the Royal Mail or DHL tracking number.
Go to the Royal Mail or DHL Tracking site and enter your tracking number.
Can I return my order?
We're sorry to hear you want to return your items. We can't accept items that have been programmed.
Email our support team support@lumiio.io and we will be in touch for the next steps.
Can I change the shipping address?
Unfortunately once you place your order, we cannot change the delivery address.
Send an email to support@lumiio.io for further help.
Ordering Lumiio Products
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders to the UK are shipped on Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DHL.
Orders shipped on Royal Mail Tracked 48 should arrive in 2 days after purchase.
Orders shipped on DHL should arrive in 1 day after purchase.

Product Information
Is there a subscription ?
There is an optional subscription which you can purchase for an extra £3.95 a month to unlock extra features. The Lumiio Alert Subscription includes easier editing, device lock editing, geo and text alert notifications.
Lumiio products do not require a subscription to use. Once you have your Lumiio product, the tag and the mobile app are free to use.
How do I use Lumiio products?
Step 1: Get your Lumiio product.
Step 2: Tap your Lumiio product within the free Lumiio app to begin the data uploading process, then add data into the relevant fields. Once you've filled in the data fields, finish by tapping your Lumiio product again to upload the data.
Step 3: Read your tag using your phone. Unlock your phone and tap & hold your Lumiio product to bring up the website. Alternatively, you can read the data in the Lumiio app but pressing the ‘Read from tag’ button and tapping & holding your phone against your Lumiio product.
You can change the data on your Lumiio products as often as you like.
Where can I download the Lumiio app?
The Lumiio app is free to download from App Store or Play Store.
Note that Lumiio products can be scanned with an iPhone or an Android without any app. However, the free Lumiio app is required to write to the tags.

Do Lumiio products have a battery?
There is no battery in our Lumiio products. There is an NFC chip inside our products which takes the energy from the phone to power up the antenna and get data from the chip.
Lumiio products also have a 10-year data retention.
Are Lumiio tags waterproof?
Our Lumiio wristbands are waterproof and our Lumiio Keyfobs are splashproof.
How secure is Lumiio?
All data is stored directly on the NFC tag embedded in the Lumiio product. You can only access the data by physically scanning it with a smartphone, and the data on the tag is encrypted.
Can the information on the tag be changed ?
Yes. You can change the data anytime by using the Lumiio app to write new data. You can do this thousands of times!
