Welcome to Lumiio (the "App"). This App is owned and operated by Lumiio Ltd ("We"), a limited company registered in England under company number 16490925, with its registered address at 20 Mortlake High Street, London SW14 8JN.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any free or paid features and subscriptions. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the platform from which you subscribed (e.g., your Apple or Google account). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to the paid features will be revoked. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period, unless required by law.

Right to Cancel under UK Law:
If you are a consumer residing in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period) and receive a full refund. However, if you access the Subscription Service during this period, you may lose this right and be charged a proportionate amount.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by TabDesk Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. Liability

The App is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees about its reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, TabDesk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or the Subscription Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Note: We do not store or transfer any data entered during the functional use of the App itself including the primary contact information and any emergency contact information.
