Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the platform from which you subscribed (e.g., your Apple or Google account). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to the paid features will be revoked. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period, unless required by law.
Right to Cancel under UK Law:
If you are a consumer residing in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period) and receive a full refund. However, if you access the Subscription Service during this period, you may lose this right and be charged a proportionate amount.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by TabDesk Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TabDesk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
