In the classic Lumiio sunrise gradient on one face and dementia yellow on another, the yellow side also has the action text ‘I have dementia, tap to help me’ with the NFC phone icon to guide support.
The Token Dementia Hangtag can be loaded with an individual’s name, two emergency contacts, and their essential details, for example ‘I have Dementia, if I am found wandering or lost, please call my Husband or my daughter’. Our innovative NFC technology ensures that this information is easily accessible by simply tapping and holding a modern smartphone against the Lumiio product.
Its stretchy elastic strap allows this tag to be attached to all kinds of objects including bags, zippers, keyrings, and more.

This Lumiio product can be written with the free Lumiio app - available for both Android and iPhone.
It's important that you only use the Lumiio app to write. Other NFC apps might prevent the tag working as a Lumiio product.
How to read from the tag
You can use the Lumiio app or you can read with any NFC phone just by scanning the tag.

You can use this product with any NFC enabled smartphone - both Android and iPhone.
How far away can the tag be scanned ?
We use NFC technology - like contactless payments - so it's always 'near field'. This makes the tags much safer - anyone reading needs to be within a couple of inches/a few centimetres.
How long does the tag hold the information ?
Up to 10 years ! Lumiio products need no batteries and can store the data without any need to recharge.
How safe is my data ?
Your information is stored only on the tag - not on the app or on our servers. You control the data and you can change and remove at any time by writing to the tag.
